Dr Christian treats complex abdominal pathology, concentrating specifically on Pancreatic and Liver tumors. This specifically includes tumors metastatic to liver from colon and rectum, As well as primary tumors of the Pancreas. Also treats other benign pathology of both liver and biliary disease, including both chronic and acute pancreatitis, Primary and Secondary stones of bile duct and liver. He is also an expert in hyperthermic intraperiotoneal chemotherapy (CRC/ HIPEC). His other interests include education and oversees operative missions. He is Associate Professor of surgery at Rutgers –Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He serves as the site director for the New Jersey Medical School Surgery Residents. He has also conducted numerous oversees operative missions. He completed his residency at the University of Connecticut. He then completed a fellowship in Minimally Invasive Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania and Hepato-Biliary and Pancreas fellowship at Methodist Hospital Medical Center.
